Frank Colvett is one of the many people who wants to be Mayor of Memphis — and he is a Republican. Why is this significant? Memphis is a Democratic stronghold, widely referred to as the blue dot in the red sea that is Tennessee. Why does he feel like he’s the one? What makes him think he has a shot?
