Black Like Me??

Folks love to either romanticize or ostracize the Continent and the people who live on it – ie Africa and Africans. We are a lot alike but we are also different. Kimberly Amissah and Amaechi Okobi join the ladies and come from different perspective. Kim is from Memphis AND our high school (THE High School – Central High) and lives in Ghana. Amaechi is from Nigeria and has moved home in recent years after being schooled in London and living in the States for many years. They both talk about their transitions to/back to Africa, dispel myths,  talk about our commonalities and the world’s new obsession with African life/culture/film/fashion/music.
