This series will document KUDZUKIAN’s transition from a home-based business to its new 4,000 square-foot studio space at Agricenter Memphis. It will provide a transparent and honest look at a small African-American owned media company as it levels up its capabilities and clientele — with all the highs and lows in between. Business development coach Michael Synk will “ride-along” with  KUDZUKIAN Founder and CEO Larry T. Robinson Sr. as the fledgling media company transitions into a larger studio space. Synk will coach the Kudzukian team through his “Rock and Sand” model, which helps entrepreneurs prioritize objectives and break them down into the day-to-day action steps to achieve their goals.
