Second Time Around
April is Second Chance Month. This is a time when advocates bring awareness to the re-entry plight of those who are justice-involved. Founded in 2017, it also aims to open up opportunities for this segment as they look for stable footing in their respective communities. DC speaks with William Arnold, Director of the Tennessee Office of Re-Entry, about the challenges many people face, his own experience with the justice system and the work that their office is doing across the state.
